1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets for the Conference. 

1.2 Ticket Purchase: Tickets can be purchased through the Site. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as provided in Section 3 below. 

1.3 Registration Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when purchasing tickets and registering for the Conference. You are responsible for updating your information to keep it current. 

2.1 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, which will be specified on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase. 

2.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in £ GBP and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. 

3.1 Cancellation by You: All ticket purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the Conference, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at rsvpmm@merlinsmagicwand.org at least 2 days before the Conference. 

3.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel the Conference at any time. If we cancel the Conference, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. 

4.1 Compliance: You agree to comply with all rules and regulations governing the Conference, including health and safety guidelines. 

4.2 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any behaviour that is disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful to others during the Conference. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates these rules without a refund. 

5.1 Content: All content provided on the Site and during the Conference, including presentations, materials, and trademarks, is the property of ‘How We Make Magic’ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission. 

6.1 No Warranty: The Site and the Conference are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or the Conference. 

6.2 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or attendance at the Conference.

8.1 Modification: We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or attendance at the Conference after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. 

9.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, The United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England.
