When a family has faced challenges like Alpha and his loved ones, every moment together feels precious. After completing treatment for an ATRT tumour, Alpha’s family - including his sibling Parker, Mum Katie, Dad Christopher, and cousin Honey - was ready to create memories that would last a lifetime. Their adventure at Alton Towers Resort, in partnership with Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity, provided just that.
Arriving at Woodlands Lodge, Alpha, Parker, and Honey were greeted with treats and gifts in their room, setting the stage for a truly magical stay. Fastrack passes allowed the family to enjoy the park without the stress of long queues, while an unlimited digital photo pass captured every laugh, hug, and thrilling ride.
The magic went beyond attractions. They also received a personalised goody bag filled with favourite CBeebies merchandise. A private meet and greet with beloved CBeebies characters, arranged before the park opened, created a special moment for the whole family. CBeebies hotel lanyards gave access to meals at the Windmill Restaurant, hotel games, and additional character interactions, ensuring the family could fully enjoy their time together.
"The meet and greet with characters was a massive highlight for our whole family. Early access to the park and the extra tickets to avoid queues made our day possible and stress-free. The CBeebies Land hotel access was perfect and made the most of our short stay. The most magical moment was meeting Bluey and Bingo. Caitlin and Abbie were incredibly kind and made time for us.
