Where Play Meets Wonder: Children Embrace the Magic at LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Hong Kong

Last month, LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Hong Kong welcomed 65 extraordinary children and their families, all supported by Make-A-Wish, for a day brimming with magic, imagination, and pure delight. Originally planned for July, the event had been postponed due to severe weather - but the anticipation made the moment even more special.

As part of LEGO®’s Summer of Play campaign, children aged 3 to 12 embarked on a journey of creativity and wonder. From conquering thrilling Brick Missions to immersing themselves in an exclusive 4D show, every experience was designed to spark joy and ignite imagination.

At the day’s end, each child received a magical LEGO® gift, courtesy of a Merlin’s Magic Wand enhancement grant, ensuring the fun - and the magic - continued at home.

For families, the day was far more than play - it was a celebration of hope, resilience, and connection. Every brick, every smile, every shared laugh stood as a testament to the transformative power of play.
