This World Smile Day, Merlin’s Magic Wand is celebrating the moments of joy, togetherness and connection that can mean so much to families facing life’s toughest moments.
Recently, Jayden enjoyed a special day out at Chessington World of Adventures with his family after spending five months in hospital. The visit provided an opportunity for Jayden, his brother Jaxson and their loved ones to spend quality time together, make happy memories and enjoy a much-needed day of fun following a challenging period.
The visit was particularly meaningful in recognising the important bond between the two brothers. While Jayden has spent significant time in hospital, Jaxson has been by his side throughout.
Having previously visited Chessington in 2025, the family still reflect on the lasting impact that experience had on them. Looking back on that special day, Mum Kareema shared:
"That day of magic and normality has stayed with him (Jaxson), and with all of us, in a way I think you will never fully realise. The support you give to families like ours is not just 'nice' - it is real, it is grounding, and it genuinely helps people keep going."
