From Wish to Wonder: SEA LIFE Charlotte Hosts a Magical Day Out for Randall

As soon as Operations Manager Kaitlin heard about the visit, she sprang into action, bringing Merlin’s “we care” value to life. With only hours to prepare, she worked swiftly and seamlessly with her team to deliver a fully accessible, engaging, and personalized VIP experience that Randall would never forget.
From feeding Neptune, the rescued Green Sea Turtle, to interacting with the Cownose Rays and getting a behind-the-scenes look at the attraction’s Broadcast feed, Randall got a deep dive into the world of marine life. Aquarist Lead Nicholas Sundin was on hand to share his expertise, helping Randall understand more about the animals he loves.
Guiding the family throughout the visit, Guest Excellence Team Lead William ensured every moment was smooth, welcoming, and memorable. Marketing Manager Neenah captured it all on camera, giving the family keepsake photos they’ll treasure forever.
