Even during the busy Spring Break season, the SEA LIFE Minnesota team went above and beyond to make the day extra special. When Diana, Marketing Manager, learned about Tiana’s upcoming visit, she immediately got to work coordinating a personalized experience the family would never forget. Teaming up with her incredible colleagues, Guest Services Supervisor Michelle and Retail Manager Shaniqua, Diana helped organize a VIP adventure that brought Tiana’s favorite animals to life.
Tiana arrived with her mother, grandmother, and a close family friend, ready to dive into the day. The family kicked things off with an exclusive Behind the Scenes Tour led by Michelle, where Tiana lit up as she hugged a giant plush shark and explored the wonders of marine life. She learned fascinating shark facts—like how they shed and regrow their teeth constantly—and even got to examine real shark teeth up close!
To wrap up the visit, Shaniqua surprised Tiana with marine-themed goodies and a personalized nameplate, adding a thoughtful touch to an already magical experience.
“Tiana had a fantastic time. The staff were absolutely amazing and very kind,” said her mom, Melissa Torres. “Michelle was very helpful and kind as well. She did a great job. Thank you for the experience. Our family truly enjoyed ourselves.”
